Products: All Digital Products Sold By Thread & Signal

Licensor: Thread & Signal

Licensee: Purchaser of the Design File(s)

 

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to:

  • Download, use, and modify the Design Files.
  • Manufacture physical products derived from the Design Files.
  • Sell, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit physical and digital products manufactured from the Design Files.
  • Redistribute or resell the Design Files themselves, if desired.

 

2. Restrictions

Licensee may not:

  • Claim original authorship or exclusive ownership of the Design Files, in both original form and essence.
  • Patent, trademark, copyright, or otherwise restrict access to:
    • the Design Files,
    • derivative works based on the Design Files, or
    • any manufacturing methods intended to physically produce the Design Files, in a way that prevents others from use, in any country.

 

3. Ownership

The Design Files, in both original form and essence, remain the intellectual property of Licensor. Purchase of this license does not transfer ownership, only usage rights.

 

4. Liability

The Design Files are provided “as is.” Licensor makes no warranties regarding fitness for purpose. Licensee assumes all risks related to manufacturing and end-use. Licensor is not liable for damages, losses, or claims arising from use of the Design Files or physical products produced.

 

5. Termination

This license terminates automatically if Licensee violates any of the restrictions. Upon termination, Licensee must cease use and dispose of the Design Files.

 

6. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America, specifically the laws of Portage County, Ohio. Licensee remains responsible for complying with laws in their country of residence.

 

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Design Files, Licensee agrees to the terms of this License.

When you buy this file, you can use it however you want: print and sell it, mass produce it, even share, redesign, or resell the file itself. The only things you can’t do are claim original authorship or exclusive ownership, or patent it to block others from freely using it according to this license, in any country. That’s it—total freedom to create and sell.
