Two products we are building now. Neither is available yet.
Yardulum
Landscaping CAD · In development
Landscaping design software that crews can actually drive. Start from a US address, and Yardulum builds a site model from free public data: USGS elevation and lidar, aerial imagery, and building footprints. Design on that model, then quote and schedule every item in the plan.
Built in Rust, with a mobile-first app for use on the job site.
Why we’re building itGnash Equilibrium
Grand strategy and real-time battle game · In development
A (semi) geopolitically accurate WW3 grand strategy game. Think Risk, where every attack becomes a real-time battle on terrain generated from the real region, fought with present-day equipment: drones, jammers, ground robots, and satellite passes.
Command each battle yourself or let it resolve on its own. An escalation ladder and an event deck mean no two campaigns go the same way.
Why we’re building Yardulum
SI-powered trades.
Most talk about the future of physical work is about humanoid robots and electric vehicles. We think the overlooked opportunity is people: skilled crews whose work is planned, priced, and coordinated by Super Intelligence (SI).
Anthropic’s September 2026 study, What work can robots do?, found that today’s robots can already perform 74% of US physical tasks but are cost-competitive with people for just 0.3% of them. If robot prices keep falling at past rates, it will take about 40 years for that share to reach 10%. For decades, the work still needs people on site. Give them SI planning, proper training, safety gear, and the right equipment, and each crew gets more done. A more productive crew sells a better service at a fair price, and that pays for good wages and benefits.
As robots and equipment improve, the same people take on more: running machines and leading crews, not more people crowded onto the same task.
Yardulum comes from Charles’s own landscaping and leaf-removal work. The goal is to sit at a customer’s kitchen table, show them a model of their own property, and walk through a design where every plant, stone, and hour of labor already has a price. The customer sees a detailed estimate before work begins, and the crew arrives with a plan.
