Every landscaping company that takes part before YardUluv goes on sale to everyone joins the Founders Club and keeps founder pricing for life, locked for as long as they stay members.
What you get
- Founder pricing for life, locked at the monthly price you join at for as long as you stay a member. Your written terms spell out exactly what that covers.
- Setup at your shop. Charles comes to you and sets you up in person.
- Your price list, built with you. Charles builds it with you now and loads it into YardUluv as that part is ready.
- Estimates built for you. Until YardUluv can price your jobs, Charles builds itemized estimates for real jobs you’re bidding, from your price list. Your written terms say how many.
- Sales training, in person. A working session with you and your salespeople: how to walk a customer through an itemized price at the kitchen table.
- Each piece as it’s ready. Members try every part first, starting with the property model.

What we ask
- Show Charles how you price a job today. One quote that went well and one that went sideways is plenty.
- About 30 minutes every two weeks to tell us what works and what doesn’t.
- One ride-along on a sales visit, with your customer’s OK.
- Straight answers. If something is wrong or slow, say so.
These are requests, not conditions. Once you have a founder price, it’s never taken away for not helping enough.

Who it’s for
Landscaping companies in Northeast Ohio that sell install work: beds, plantings, sod, patios and walls. Kent, Akron, Cleveland, Canton, Youngstown and the towns between.
Charles sets up each company himself, so he takes on a few at a time.
Where it stands
YardUluv is in development. Today we can build a 3D model of a property from public mapping data and measure on it, and Charles will show you. Designing, pricing and the proposal are being built now.

What does it cost?
Membership is a monthly subscription that starts when you join, before YardUluv is finished. Until it’s ready, it pays for the setup visit, your price list, the estimates Charles builds for you and the sales training. After that, it’s YardUluv itself, at the same price. Charles goes over the price with you in person and gives you every term in writing before you pay anything.
Why join before it’s finished?
You lock in the founder price, and how you actually sell shapes what gets built. Charles would rather hear what’s wrong from you now than after it’s done.
